Good Posture Techniques

Postural/Ergonomic Assessment and Education is another important service that MSI offers. A physical therapist will conduct an evaluation on an employee’s work site to identify the beginning stages of potential musculo-skeletal injury.

Our therapists will then educate the patient on proper posture and techniques to decrease the risk of injury. Studies have shown that an employee who is educated about good posture techniques has a better chance of avoiding strains at work and reducing the risk of injury.
