Athletes are at an increased risk of acute and chronic injuries due to the physical and mental demands that are placed upon them. MSI Physical Therapy has highly trained physical therapists, many of whom were Division I athletes themselves, who are familiar with the various crucial movements required by different sports.

Many sports, especially those involving throwing motions, put the rotator cuff under a lot of stress. This often results in an injury to the rotator cuff that could keep an athlete from participating in their sport because of pain, decreased strength and decreased motion.
